Professional Background

For more than three decades, I served as an executive assistant to three juvenile court judges, managing high‑pressure environments, complex communication, and sensitive human dynamics. That experience shaped my ability to lead with precision, empathy, and structure.

Today, I serve as Chief Administrative Officer at DSB Life Solutions, where I develop workshops, masterclasses, and training experiences that help individuals and organizations operate with excellence.

I hold a BA in Psychology, a Master of Public Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources Management, and a Doctorate of Philosophy in Clinical Christian Counseling.
